Overview
Avenal Power Center, LLC ("APC") is developing a proposed 600-MW natural gas-fueled, air-cooled electric power plant in the City of Avenal, Kings County, California to serve the ever-growing demand in the San Joaquin Valley of California with efficient, state-of-the-art technology. The Avenal Energy project will provide enough efficient generating capacity to support 450,000 homes and small businesses for a year.
